i am not sick.... so, dnt worry abt me... hahah... or maybe i m thinking too much... well, it's time to meet my orthodontist AGAIN... as usual, the registration counter made me wait and wait and when they finally acknowledged that there were appt cards awaiting registration.... they called the guy that came after me... -pissed- and after that, they didnt call any more names... they just refused to register me... :x it was only after a while, they decided to register me and my appt time had almost passed?
i went into the clinc and they made me wear goggles (usual) but now their goggles have become tinted!!! OMG... when did they start being fashionable? =D i think it's because of the glaring light that the orthodontist use for checking ur teeth...
apparently, poor me was being 'interrogated'...
here goes:
dr. wxxx: how often have u been wearing ur retainers?
me: eeerrrr.... often..... -guilty-
dr. wxxx: how often?????
me: after dinner and during sleep? abt 12 hrs?
dr. wxxx: so, u mean u wear ur retainers for 13 hrs? -sounding a little pissed and sarcastic-
me: eeerrrr.... ya... -shit, i think she's gona kill me soon....-
dr. wxxx: and why is that so??
me: eeerrrr.... can't speak properly with it... -starts to come up with stories-
my STORY: i have presentations and i need to speak CLEARLY... nt sounding like i have short tongue?
dr. wxxx: u mean u have presentations everyday??
my STORY: errrr.... no..... abt 3-4 days a week...
dr. wxxx: so, wad abt the other 3-4 days?
my STORY: eeerrrr.... i try to wear them whenever possible? as often as i can?
dr. wxxx: do u know that u have to wear ur retainers everyday and for many many hrs? -sarcastic and starts scribbling on my dental report-
me: yes...........
dr. wxxx: ok.. you may go now....
p/s: she didn't tell me if my retainers still fit and whether my teeth are still in position... and she didn't mention how often i need to wear my retainers... such as if i can start wearing them less often... =( is it my own doing? is she punishing me for not wearing it often... she must have knew.... -darn-

Haha... U shud know better that U got to wear ur retainers as much as possible. Its ur teeth. Its ur responsibility. Ur teeth go out of shape better for her... more business.
